In the last year I spent a lot of time reporting #pixelfedbugs & feature requests to #Pixelfed.Today nearly all issues were closed & just added into a collection ticket.I totally understand that nearly 800 tickets are too much to keep an eye on.it's good seeing finally something is happening.Reading that there will be a feature freeze is the best decision & that's what a lot of people complained (me too) that bugs should be fixed first. A feature I could not offer with #Fedilab: letting people upload their own custom emojis.It does not cost much and it is a real personalisation: these emojis belong to their owner only, separate from the instance emojis and not shared with other users. I am happy to offer it with #FediHood.

I added a note about LLM usage in the #FediHood README, and I also made things clearer in the contributing guide. Using an LLM is OK as long as a human reviews the code and fully understands what it does. No vibe-coding.Being transparent matters on a project, to avoid disappointing people who contributed.
